EVERY WOMAN’S MARATHON aid stations

Aid stations offer water, electrolytes and nutrition, thanks to our fueling partners Mortal Hydration and GU Energy Labs. To be safe, we strongly advise all runners to bring their own fuel and to stick with what has worked during training.

We will have Berry flavored Mortal Hydration at our electrolyte stations. GU will be supplying a mix of liquid energy gels in Strawberry Banana, Orange (+ Caffeine) and Lemonade. There will also be GU Energy Waffles in Wild Berries and Salted Chocolate (GF) flavors.

course faqs

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

What is the course time limit? Is it walker-friendly?

Team Milk is excited to offer a course time limit of 7 hours and 45 minutes. This is a run/walk pace of at least 17 minutes and 45 seconds per mile.

There will be designated course cutoff locations which will be communicated closer to the race, so participants can see what time they will need to be at specific locations throughout the course. Official pace team members will be on course to help support participants walking at the 17 minute, 45 second pace. Team Milk will accommodate you as best we can to make sure you’re able to complete the marathon. You will still receive a medal even if there are sections of the course you do not complete due to the course cutoff locations and the timeline.

How do I catch a shuttle to the start line?

Team Milk is offering Every Woman’s Marathon runners access to shuttles from the Scottsdale Old Town area to WestWorld for the start of the race. Or, if you prefer to park at WestWorld, there will be shuttles running from the finish line in Old Town to WestWorld throughout the day. You’ll get more details soon, but know that we’ve got you covered!
